Accommodation & Service Policy

Information about how SBWL BnB provides its accommodation service to confirmed guests.

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Nature of the Service

SBWL BnB provides accommodation services. Unlike a physical product that is shipped to a customer, the service is provided by making the booked accommodation available to the guest for the confirmed reservation dates.

2. Booking the Accommodation

Guests select an available room, check-in date, check-out date and number of guests through the SBWL BnB booking system.

The room is subject to availability at the time the booking is made.

3. Payment and Confirmation

SBWL BnB requires the accommodation amount displayed during the booking process to be paid through the available online payment facility.

A booking becomes confirmed after the payment has been successfully verified.

Important: Reaching the payment page does not by itself confirm an accommodation reservation.

4. Delivery of the Accommodation Service

The accommodation service is delivered by making the confirmed room available to the guest for the booked dates.

The guest must arrive at the property and complete the applicable check-in process in order to make use of the accommodation.

5. Check-In

Guests must check in during the check-in period communicated by SBWL BnB.

If a guest expects to arrive outside the normal check-in period, the guest should contact SBWL BnB in advance to determine whether alternative arrangements can be made.

6. Check-Out

Guests must check out by the check-out time communicated by SBWL BnB.

Late check-out is subject to availability and may require prior approval or an additional charge where applicable.

7. Room Allocation

The booking identifies the room selected by the guest. SBWL BnB will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked room and the facilities described for that room.

If circumstances arise that prevent SBWL BnB from providing the booked room, SBWL BnB will contact the affected guest and seek an appropriate solution.

8. Number of Guests

The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests permitted for the selected room.

Guests must not exceed the room's stated maximum occupancy without prior approval.

9. Guest Conduct

Guests must use the accommodation responsibly and comply with reasonable property rules.

Guests should not engage in conduct that causes unreasonable disturbance, damage or risk to the property, staff or other guests.

10. Early Arrival

Guests who arrive before the normal check-in time should contact SBWL BnB regarding the availability of early check-in.

Early access cannot be guaranteed unless it has been confirmed by SBWL BnB.

11. Early Departure

A guest who leaves before the scheduled check-out date should contact SBWL BnB as soon as possible.

Any refund resulting from an early departure will be considered according to the applicable booking, cancellation and refund terms.

12. No-Show

If a guest does not arrive for the reservation and has not contacted SBWL BnB, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Any applicable refund or cancellation charge will be determined according to the Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

13. Service Problems

If a guest experiences a problem with the accommodation, the guest should notify SBWL BnB as soon as reasonably possible.

SBWL BnB will make reasonable efforts to investigate and address legitimate service issues during the guest's stay.

14. Accommodation Unavailability

If SBWL BnB cannot provide the booked accommodation due to circumstances within its responsibility, SBWL BnB will communicate with the guest and seek an appropriate remedy.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include alternative accommodation or an appropriate refund.

15. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund matters are governed by the separate SBWL BnB Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

16. Service Interruptions and Events Outside Reasonable Control

Circumstances outside SBWL BnB's reasonable control may affect the ability to provide accommodation or specific facilities.

Where this occurs, SBWL BnB will communicate with affected guests and take reasonable steps to address the situation.

17. Contact

Guests should use the customer-service contact details published by SBWL BnB for questions regarding arrivals, accommodation, booking changes or service problems.
